Delivery / Returns

Delivery and Returns Policies:

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order we will confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate Delivery.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate Delivery (within 5 business days) we will process the charges and submit the order for Delivery.

Order Delivery:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will be Delivered within five business days from the date of your order unless it is a specialist delivery that will need booking in with the couriers.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at sales@loungeliving.co.uk

If the couriers attempts to deliver and results in a failed delivery a delivery charge will occur as the good were picked, routed, loaded onto the vehicle and attempted to be delivered directly to you.   

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos to Sales@loungeliving.com within 3 days and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. All original Packaging must be kept. 

Cancellations:

If your order has been collected by the couriers, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return charges.

Returns:

We reserve the right to either repair or replace the Item, whichever is more financially viable for us.

Should you wish to return any products, you must inform us in writing, either a letter or an email. The item(s) must be with us within 14 days, starting from the day after you receive your delivery. The date of delivery will be as recorded by our carriers. Once we have your request for a return, our customer services will give you a Returns Reference number. Goods without a Returns Reference number will not be accepted. Please ensure all goods are returned with their original packaging, complete with all other associated components sent with them, such as accessories and fitting instructions. Goods should be in an undamaged condition and sent back by your own method of transportation at your own cost. Do not send to our office address we will provide you with the address when required.

Please note that you have a statutory duty to take reasonable care to ensure that the goods are not damaged in transit and that we receive the goods. If reasonable care is not exercised, we may make a claim against you for not exercising this statutory duty. Your refund will be made within 30 days after return of the goods.

Where goods have already been dispatched, you shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event they must arrive not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation of the order. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. In some cases, it may be possible to organise for goods to be collected from you. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods or the collection cost, including if you refuse delivery of goods that have already been dispatched.   

Please note that made to order or custom products are not eligible for Return.
